Cupcakes, cupcakes and the cupcake thief!

I made these fun chocolate chip cookie dough stuffed cupcakes last week. They were delicious and SO easy!

These cuppies are a version of the Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookies. Dark Chocolate cupcake stuffed with peppermint cream and covered with chocolate ganache.

Yup, I made them. The sweet little tutu will go on our newbie, as well as the onesie. The onesie I made from here. And the party hat goes to a one year old cousin for her birthday.
